Please note that Xpozure does not sell physical goods such as food, magazines, videos, or flowers. We focus solely on services and events related to the performing arts.
Refund Policy
- Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
- Class Refunds: If a refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase, we can exchange the class for another session on a different day or time, subject to availability.
- Show Tickets: Refunds for showcase or performance tickets are strictly non-refundable. However, you may transfer the ticket to someone else by selling or gifting it.
Exchanges for Classes
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
- The exchange can only be made for the same type of class on a different time or day, subject to availability.
Ticket Transfers
For events, showcases, or performances:
- If you cannot attend, you have the right to sell or gift your ticket to someone else.
