Our Story
From South London community halls to national stages
Street dance, breaking and hip hop culture in South London, Notting Hill Carnival, the Hackney Empire, Unity London and festival stages in Antigua and Barbuda.
Xpozure: Since 1999
Xpozure began in 1999 through street dance, breaking and hip hop culture in South London, with classes held in community halls. Crews were built from the ground up, and young performers were given somewhere to develop, belong and be taken seriously.
Over the years, Xpozure has developed performers, supported communities and created opportunities to perform, from local showcases to festival stages.
Today, Xpozure is expanding its work across dance, drama and vocals, bringing the same standard of development to a wider stage.

Unity London brought together dancers and performers for large-scale dance workshops and training sessions. The programme featured established street-dance organisations and companies, including the British Street Dance School of Excellence, Boy Blue and Eclipse, alongside other dance companies and practitioners. Each organisation was given a 45-minute session to teach participants its particular dance style and approach.
The events were featured on ITV and included a guest appearance by Phoebe One, with Xpozure performing as backing dancers.
Unity London was entirely self-funded, with no financial support from companies or grant funding. Pauly Skerrett created, organised and delivered the events independently, bringing together thousands of participants, dance organisations and practitioners. It remains an important part of Xpozure's contribution to the development, teaching and promotion of street dance in London.
