Since 1999

Xpozure since 1999

Our roots are in street dance. Our future is performing arts.

Xpozure began in 1999 through street dance, breaking and hip-hop culture in South London — classes in community halls, crews built from the ground up, and young performers given somewhere to be taken seriously.

Over the years Xpozure has developed performers, supported communities and created opportunities to perform, from local showcases to festival stages.

Today Xpozure is expanding that work across Dance, Drama and Vocals — the same standards, a wider stage.

Director

Paulanthony “Pauly” Skerrett

Director of Xpozure and founder of the Antigua and Barbuda U Can Dance Festival.

1990

The Generation Game, BBC

Pauly performed on BBC's The Generation Game with Sir Bruce Forsyth, alongside dancers Paul Delpratt-Spence and Wayne Morrison, bringing street dance to a prime-time British television audience at a time when the style was still emerging within mainstream entertainment.

2002–03

Unity London

Pauly created and organised Unity London, a large-scale, entirely self-funded dance workshop at Brixton Recreation Centre. More than 2,000 participants attended on each occasion, learning from companies including the British Street Dance School of Excellence, Boy Blue and Eclipse.

Today

U Can Dance Festival

Pauly founded and created the Antigua and Barbuda U Can Dance Festival, bringing schools and community dance groups together through performance, workshops and the celebration of dance.
